Customer Service Specialist - English Speaker
Azimo has grown rapidly, receiving a substantial amount of media coverage and recognition and investment, building its customer base. To facilitate this growth we are building an energetic team of full time talented and flexible individuals to help us make it happen.
Azimo is currently looking for a fluent English speaker, available to start this month - it's an immediate start opportunity! With the business growing it is imperative that we get the right people into the business to help us drive forward. We will want you to do the following (and probably some other things on top of that too!):
- Provide excellent customer service via e-mail and chat
- Troubleshoot and work with the Operations team to resolve customer issues
- Proactively represent Azimo online & on social media
- Work towards improving our digital products and our portfolio of partner companies
- Acquire Azimo fans!
Skills & Experience required
- Fluent in both spoken and written English. Additional languages would be desirable.
- A people person, happy to talk to customers and win them over
- Degree-level education
- Computer literate
- Customer focused, flexible and able to think outside of the box
- Excellent written skills and brilliant telephone manner
- A good team player: someone who sees work as more than a job, wants to have fun, get involved and be part of something exciting
- Persistent, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Available to start ASAP
